Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

This page is operated by Forest City Digital. It exists to describe our Phase 0 Demand Engine Diagnostic and to let qualified brands request a call. This policy covers what we collect here and why.

What we collect

  • Advertising and analytics data. We run the Meta Pixel on this page. It records that you viewed the page, how far through the video you watched, and Meta’s own browser identifiers (the _fbp and _fbc cookies). We use this only to measure and target our own advertising.
  • How you use the page. We run Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move, click and scroll so we can see which parts of the page are read and which are ignored. It produces heatmaps and replays of the visit. Clarity runs only in this page itself, so it cannot see anything you type into the assessment form — that form is loaded from Calendly in a separate frame that Clarity has no access to. Microsoft processes this data on our behalf and sets its own cookies (_clck and _clsk).
  • Aggregate traffic measurement. We run Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which sources they come from. It records the pages viewed, rough location derived from your IP address, and general device and browser information, and sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_G58GV8G2VX). We use it to understand traffic in aggregate, not to identify you.
  • Information you give us. The assessment on this page is a Calendly form embedded directly in the page. When you complete it, Calendly collects your name, email address, phone number where you provide it, and your survey answers, and passes them to us. Because the form is embedded rather than hosted elsewhere, Calendly and its providers set their own cookies in your browser while you are on this page.
  • Conversion data sent to Meta. When a call is booked we send Meta a server-side conversion event. Your email address, phone number, and name are irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) before they leave our server. We never send Meta your details in readable form.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information.
  • We run no analytics here beyond the three named above — the Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics. There is no tag manager and no data broker.
  • We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

Cookies

Four third parties set cookies here. The Meta Pixel sets its own, which we use only to measure and target our advertising. Google Analytics sets _ga and_ga_G58GV8G2VX to tell repeat visits from new ones.Microsoft Clarity sets two (_clck and _clsk) to tell one visit from another when building heatmaps; we do not use them for advertising. Calendly — and the infrastructure it loads, including Cloudflare and Stripe — sets cookies for the embedded assessment form; those are used for bot protection and to make the form work, not by us for advertising.

You control the first three through the cookie banner and the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage Meta’s ad settings in your Meta account. Blocking the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or Clarity does not affect your ability to use this page. Blocking Calendly’s cookies may stop the assessment form from loading — email us and we will send you the questions directly.

Your cookie choice

The Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load when you arrive, and a banner asks whether that is all right. Decline and we stop all three immediately and delete the cookies they set. Declining is a single click and is offered as plainly as accepting.

Declining does not stop you using this page, and the assessment form still works either way — Calendly sets its own cookies to run the form and to keep bots out, which is why those are not part of this choice. If you decline after previously accepting, we also delete the advertising and analytics cookies already in your browser.

One more first-party cookie, fcd_ab_vsl, may hold a single letter that records which layout of this page you were shown, so it stays the same if you come back. It identifies nobody, is set only while we are comparing two layouts, and is not part of the choice above.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of this page. We remember your choice for a year, and ask again after that or if we add a new tool.

Retention

Booking and survey information is held in our CRM for as long as we are in contact with you about our services, and afterwards only as long as we need it for our records.

Your rights and how to reach us

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@forestcitydigital.com and we will respond.
